Most stock items ship in 1-3 business days. Make-to-order items generally ship in 5-7 days. Shipping times may vary and we make no guarantees that your order will ship within these time frames. All shipping is Ground. We do not currently offer expedited shipping on our website.
Out of Stock
Our website does not accept orders for items that are out of stock. On occasion, an item identified as Available may oversell when two customers order it around the same time. If an item on your order is no longer available, we will cancel your order and notify you via email. If you would like help locating the item with one of our Authorized Retailers, you can email us at orders@toklat.com or call 888-286-5528. Our offices are open from 7am to 4:30pm Pacific, Monday to Friday (except holidays). You can also set an alert on the item to be notified when it is back in stock.
Items in the Clearance category are discontinued and will no longer be available. If we oversell a clearance item, your order will be cancelled and we will notify you via email.
Return to Sender
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address issue, we will make every effort to contact you for the correct address. If we can’t reach you via phone or email within one week, we will cancel the order, refund the cost of the product, and notify you via email that your order has been cancelled.
