Crafted with a durable ABS shell, the Orion jockey skull guarantees top-tier impact resistance and triple ventilation for comfort. Triple-safety certified, the Orion has been certified to the highest safety standard in the equestrian industry, PAS 015: 2011. The Black/Black/Black skull has a sanded finish, perfect for gripping helmet covers.

Every skull ships with a liner. Make sure you have extra liners on hand—one to wear, one to wash. You can find additional liners sold separately here.

Important liner information: Always wear the Orion jockey skull with the Orion liner designed for this jockey skull. Do not use the Evoke or Elara liner with an Orion helmet. Never use the jockey skull without a liner.

How to Insert a Liner into Your Orion Skull

Use the photo to check the liner’s position and label orientation before wearing your helmet.

1. Orient the liner. Remove it from the package and turn it so the sewn-in label will be visible inside the helmet.

2. Align back and front. Place the helmet upside down with the laces away from you. Position the liner at the back, then at the front. The label text should read right side up from your viewpoint.

3. Press into place. Press the center in, then align the liner edges with the helmet edge. Reposition as needed until the liner lies smooth and flush. The liner should not show when the helmet is worn.

4. Remove gently for washing. Pull the liner out carefully so the hook-and-loop buttons stay in place. On a Mips helmet, hold down the yellow Mips plate while removing the liner.
